Monday, January 25th, 2010I ordered a free Ookisa shampoo trial and I paid $5.95 for shipping about 2 days ago.
I read the term and conditions today, and it said if i don’t like the shampoo, i need to return the product so they will not bill me ($90) later. I’m afraid when I return the shampoo, they might lost it, and then i will be billed. I so don’t like these kind of problems. Have you ever in these situations? And what did you do?
Just call customer service and explain that you aren’t happy with the product and would like to send it back. Then tell them you would like to cancel your subscription (so they won’t charge you $90 later). Keep a record of who you talk, what day you talk to them and what time to so that if anything goes wrong they will be held accountable.
I’ve had to do that before for a teeth whitening product trial.
