Methods To Make Funds From Flipping Areas

Friday, June 18th, 2010

Have you ever heard of site flipping? Site flipping is the act of purchasing a domain name for an online site after which promoting it to somebody else. What you are trying to do with domain flipping is make much more cash about the sale of the domains than you spent buying them. You’ll often find that flipping is really well-liked in all types of sales. A good example of this is when real estate moguls practice flipping. The nice thing about flipping site brands is that it could be done like a side company. The more you set into it, the much more you get out of it, like most business ventures go. Buying and promoting site brands offer a couple of ways to profit, as you are soon likely to see.Take advantage of these promotions. This way you’ll have the ability to turn a profit merely by providing the domain at retail price. The lower you purchase, the more money you will make. You should be wary of any place that’s attempting to market domains for very reduced costs. You have to be certain that you’re dealing with a legitimate registrar! Produce a strong listing description. You are more most likely to sell your site name if your listing description is good. Maintain in mind, nevertheless, that a great listing includes much more than just a cost. It consists of any appraisal values that you’ve been given. You can also record any traffic metrics or advertising revenue it may be bringing in (if it is attached to an online site). Another great concept is to consist of descriptions of the kinds of sites that may fit those domain names. For instance, if you’ve a identify like carparts dot whatever, it is not heading to do nicely on a beauty web site. Additionally, a website will help improve your marketing and allow you to market your whole portfolio rather than the cash code individual domain.

Match your website with your domain name. If you are able to prove that the domain name may be earning cash, you will be able to sell it for a a lot larger earnings than if you simply hold on t o it. It is a fact that it is harder to sell a stand alone site name that it is a web site. Quite naturally, even building little websites take time. It is much easier to merely leave the site identify alone than it is to build a website for it. If you do not have sufficient time to complete it, building an online site may not be in your best interests. But then once again, domain names make much less cash than websites. Domain turning is really a perfectly honest business model. Numerous web entrepreneurs earn money via this kind of company. Naturally not all domain name turning businesses are exactly the same. The amount of money you make is proportional to the amount of time you set into constructing your domain name turning business.

3 Things All Affiliate Marketers Need To Survive Online

Thursday, June 3rd, 2010

Every affiliate marketer is always looking for the successful market that gives the biggest paycheck. Sometimes they think it is a magic formula that is readily available for them. Actually, it is more complicated than that. It is just good marketing practices that have been proven over years of hard work and dedication.
There are tactics that have worked before with online marketing and is continuing to work in the online affiliate marketing world of today. With these top three marketing tips, you will be able to able to increase your sales and survive in the affiliate marketing online.

What are these three tactics?

1. Using unique web pages to promote each separate product you are marketing. Do not lump all of it together just to save some money on web hosting. It is best to have a site focusing on each and every product and nothing more.

Always include product reviews on the website so visitors will have an initial understanding on what the product can do to those who buys them. Also include testimonials from users who have already tried the product. Be sure that these customers are more than willing to allow you to use their names and photos on the site of the specific product you are marketing.

You can also write articles highlighting the uses of the product and include them on the website as an additional page. Make the pages attractive compelling and include calls to act on the information. Each headline should attract the readers to try and read more, even contact you. Highlight your special points. This will help your readers to learn what the page is about and will want to find out more.

2. Offer free reports to your readers. If possible position them at the very top side of your page so it they simply cannot be missed. Try to create autoresponder messages that will be mailed to those who input their personal information into your sign up box. According to research, a sale is closed usually on the seventh contact with a prospect.

Only two things can possibly happen with the web page alone: closed sale or the prospect leaving the page and never return again. By placing useful information into their inboxes at certain specified period, you will remind them of the product they thought they want later and will find out that the sale is closed. Be sure that the content is directed toward specific reasons to buy the product. Do not make it sound like a sales pitch.

Focus on important points like how your product can make life and things easier and more enjoyable. Include compelling subject lines in the email. As much as possible, avoid using the word “free” because there are still older spam filters that dumps those kind of contents into the junk before even anyone reading them first. Convince those who signed up for your free reports that they will be missing something big if they do not avail of your products and services.

3. Get the kind of traffic that is targeted to your product. Just think, if the person who visited your website has no interest whatsoever in what you are offering, they will be among those who move on and never come back. Write articles for publication in e-zines and e-reports. This way you can locate publications that is focusing on your target customers and what you have put up might just grab their interest.

Try to write a minimum of 2 articles per week, with at least 300-600 words in length. By continuously writing and maintaining these articles you can generate as many as 100 targeted readers to your site in a day.
Always remember that only 1 out of 100 people are likely to buy your product or get your services. If you can generate as much as 1,000 targeted hits for your website in a day, that means you can made 10 sales based on the average statistic.

The tactics given above does not really sound very difficult to do, if you think about it. It just requires a little time and an action plan on your part.

Try to use these tips for several affiliate marketing programs. You can end maintaining a good source of income and surviving in this business that not all marketers can do.
Besides, think of the huge paychecks you will be receiving…

Scarcity tactics and other fables, hurry going fast!

Thursday, June 3rd, 2010

Make sure you read this now, because after 100 of you have read it, it’s gonna explode (forever)

How many times are you coming across this sort of tactic on sales pages for the latest ‘thang’ in Internet Marketing?

Everywhere I turn, these days I encounter these ‘scarcity’ tactics being used to rush people into buying , only to see in a matter of days all the big names come out and promote those products with fervour , usually to their massive list of subscribers.

While we’re at it , what’s with the splash pages with dollar amounts of $197 $147 $97 $77 for the next 50 people?

Anyone else in here think it’s all starting to become a bit of a bore?

I recently bought a product which I won’t name, due to the vendor refunding my complete purchase (mainly due to Clickbank’s policy I feel) that did this antic with a lovely video squeeze page hinting that success could be had, whilst staying on the right side of the FTC regulations. Combined with the fact that only ‘n’ number of products was going to be sold, it was a no-brainer surely?

After deciding to part with my money, I was notified that this particular version was actually only able to be used on one specific area and that if I wanted to ‘realise my dreams’ then I’d have to purchase the upgraded version that was of course limitlessand what I’d been led to believe was the case in the standard version.

So having spent ‘n’ on the original product and seeing that the upgraded version was actually only going to be a total of ‘n+80n/100’ then I fell for it. Turned out the upgraded version wasn’t up to much in any case and thankfully I was able to get a refund without too much fuss. Since it was a software product, I think I stood a better chance of doing so.

I’ve yet to attempt to get a refund on an e-book or video course, as fortunately I think I’ve been quite selective in my purchases so far. How does a refund on a course work for instance? Do you have send proof that you’ve deleted the videos and PDFs from your hard drive?

So what else nags? All those exit scripts and pop-ups, which up to now I’ve always thought a decent marketing ploy to use. I really do draw the line, however when I’m forced to go through seven or eight before I can get off the damn page.

You also need to be wary of the $x,000 get rich quick crew that promise you success from nothing, as long as you already have an email list of several thousand subscribers built up already (that part is strangely missing from the sales patter).

Bonuses!! We all love bonuses. Hey if you purchase xxxx from me founded on the review I just wrote from rehashing the sales copy then you’re not only going to get xxxx, but you’ll also get a+b+c+d+e worth a total of $65,536 (programmers can discuss the meaning of that particular number).

And who says it’s worth that amount? I can’t think that you’re willing to give away that amount of value for the 50% of $197 Affiliate commission that you’re going to make. You’re having a laugh!

Not being a Guru or a potential Guru, I find it amusing to watch one of these ploys being initiated by one of the big hitters and for it then to spread across the field and be the weapon of choice of everyone for a while.

Should you want an fun exercise, try signing up to some of the Gurus and try to spot the difference with the swipe mails when a new product launch begins? Use a new email account for this, of course.

So in conclusion Dear Reader, before you purchase the latest ‘Supreme List, Traffic, CPA, PPV, PPC, Google Killer, Twitter and Facebook total liquidation, genocidal code revealed’ product.

Why not wait a while? Read reviews by folks that have actually bought and tested the product at places like the Warrior Forum (which incidentally is almost certainly the best resource for those new to the industry).

I would be willing to wager that if any product is really worth salt then it’ll be around for a while yet, before eventually ending up as one of those very bonuses for the next big ‘thang’.

I’ll leave you with a tip for free (I should charge you $27 for this, apparently). Next time you’re just about to commit to one of these products and after you have done your research the right way. Before you click on the big ‘take action’ button, try canceling the page and see how much they ping off the price.

You might have to go through the sequence of pop-ups and virtual assistants twice to get to the least price, but it could be worth it.

Oh and if they try the old OTO we’ve got your IP address, then take a look at a VPN solution like Hotspot Shield or even use a dynamic IP, if you can. Nah Nah!

There you go, two tips for free, but only for you and only for a limited time.

Please, don’t worry we’re fast approaching the inevitable plug.

Just be careful out there and If you find a product that helps me with my grammar then let me know?

In a final act of total hypocrisy, if you fancy getting involved in YourNetBiz which of course does away with all of this as you’re in a team that thrives on your success and offers constantly updated educationthat doesn’t shut down in 24 hours.

Oh and there really are only that many ‘Geek in a Box’ slots available, because it’s all I can manage at the moment? Honest!

How to Build a Successful Online Business

Friday, May 28th, 2010

Did you know that most of the businesses out there are operating almost completely online? Once upon a time you might have had to have some sort of office space or store front to make money. Now it’s different because you only have to have a site on the internet. This isn’t saying that getting your online business up and running is going to be easy. It’s just the opposite.

You are going to have to devote a ton of time and effort to it. So if you are prepared to spend a lot of time doing what needs to be done, you can find yourself reaping the benefits of an online business. If you feel like you are ready to do this, use these tips to help you out along the way.

A great number of the most successful Internet businessmen and women will say similar things: begin developing an online reputation in advance of starting up your business. This is one way to ensure that people will get to know you and have a good idea of what you want to give them, and they will be more apt to buy things from you. It should not be hard to develop an Internet presence. There are many ways you can get involved in ongoing discussions like chat rooms, forums, or starting up a blog for free. Just be sure to keep it up; the more exposure you have, the more people will buy into what you say. You should watch your marketing campaigns closely and track their success. Keep track of where your website visitors are coming from. Once you have this information, compare the amount of visitors to the sales you receive. These are important numbers because they will tell you which marketing methods are working and which aren’t.

Then you can concentrate on the marketing campaigns that are working and scrap the others. It is very important that you remember it could take several months for some marketing methods to show any kind of impact on your sales, so be patient when waiting on results.

You should never believe that you know everything there is to know. The internet is always changing and there are always new good ideas. Each new day brings differences in how online business is conducted. There are always new processes being developed and improved upon, new marketing methods being invented, etc. You should stay on top of the trends and newest techniques that come around. If you fail to stay up to date, you can be buried under the competition. That is the worst thing that could happen to you. Always check for anything new. You would regret missing out on any opportunity that could keep you on top.

You have quite a bit to consider as you begin your business online and try to make that work. Figuring out where to start can often be harder than figuring out where you want to go.

Learning more about business in general will help you learn how to start an online company. Stick with the program and before long you may find yourself living on the income that you make from your new online business.

Tuesday, May 25th, 2010

What exactly IS affiliate marketing, anyway?   Can anyone really learn the affiliate marketing ropes or do you have to be a technical wizard?   How do you start out?  Where do you begin? These are just a few of the first questions people encounter when they’re considering to daringly venture into the wide, wide world ofonline marketing.  Unfortunately, many become so overcome right out of the gate from the confusion of info overload ,  they either spend most of their time (and often times a lot of money) trying to figure out what to do and how to do it,  become totally discouraged and give up , or they are simply don’t take any steps at all because they don’t know where to begin.

You may well know that millions of products, information and services are exchanged every day resulting in billions of dollars in business revenue.   Every company no matter how large or small needs customers to find their website and buy their products or services.  Basically, an affiliate marketer ( YOU ) signs up with a company to obtain your own personal affiliate link.  Then through various marketing methods of your choice (article writing, PPC, video marketing, social media marketing and various other methods) you will attract targeted visitors -many of whom click on your affiliate link placed within your marketing ads and materials, and many who will make a purchase – resulting in a nice commission for you! Reasons that Internet Marketers Should Blog

Tuesday, May 18th, 2010

Blogging is catching on as a way to gain a competitive advantage, this is even recognized by new internet marketers. You’ve probably heard of blogging already. You probably already have your list of favorite blogs. Time to add a blog to your business. It’s not hard at all. Plus if you are working with a small budget then blogging is the ideal method to see fast growth. Blogging is so simple, if you have enough knowledge to setup an email account then you can blog. This is one of the few methods that has no bad side or risks involved. There are more reasons to blog. Blogging can give your business the market hold that you need to prosper. Keep reading to discover how blogging can help you.

Blogs can be a great way to boost your income. Once your blog has grown to a point of recognition, you may find you have people trying to contact you regarding sponsorship offers. It’s your decision to make how much you want to charge each sponsor for putting an ad on your blog posts. You might opt to keep those same spaces to yourself to promote your own products. Think about accepting two sponsored blog posts every week for $30 a post. That could represent $240 a month extra income in your pocket. Now think about offering that same ad space to sponsors for every blog post you publish to your blog over five days a week. That could mean a boost in income of $150 a week, or an extra $600 each month. The opportunities for sponsorship are enormous.

One f the easiest ways to monetize a list is by setting up a blog with interesting information and allowing the to access more by signing up to your paid newsletter. Your newsletter can be sold at a reasonable price. A low price of $1 – 2 per subscriber is enough to make you money. Now, you’ve decided to create two newsletters a month and charge $1 for each mailing. You send this to 150 subscribers. For only a small amount of work each week you have just added $300 per month to your bank account. As an internet marketer you should always be looking for ways to make money – this is a great one!

Blogging builds links to your products and sites. While some will advocate starting a blog for each product you create, you can also benefit by using a single blog to advertise all of your products. Using sidebar or post footer and header space wisely can mean you’re able to link to multiple sales pages. This builds up the number of links you have to those pages, which makes them rank higher in the search engines. You’ll also be building authority with sites such as technorati and alexa, which could become important later if you choose to sell your sites.

There are lots of reasons to blog as an internet marketer. I’m convinced now that are starting to see parts of the “bigger picture” when it comes to blogging. A marketer that doesn’t catch on to new ways of doing things will not be able to compete online; so take advantage of anything that can give you a competitive edge. Using a few tried and true blogging tactics will provide this for you. Not to mention, the fun that comes along with the game. Hey, whoever said that you can’t have fun while making money? Blogging can provide you with that!

Is Get Stuff for Free a Scam

Friday, January 29th, 2010

Is it really possible to get free stuff – descent things you\’d actually want and be willing to pay money for — on the web? Is it worth the effort to try and land some of these free stuff online goodies for yourself?

The answer is “yes, absolutely” to the first question, and “it depends on you” to second.

The simple truth is, companies have good reasons for giving away free samples and full production items. In fact, most like to do it. And if you properly position yourself “in the loop,” you can receive all kinds of cool, free stuff.

What kind of reasons? Well, companies give out items for free in the hope that you will:

· Ultimately become a customer,

· Say something nice about them and their products, influencing others to purchase

· Provide the company with information that helps them identify/relate to their target market, or

· Give them feedback improve their product or their service.

You can generally find free offers that include everything from products that you use every day to high-ticket name brand items, gift cards to national stores and restaurants to trial services of one sort or another.

What’s the catch?

As a condition for giving or sending you stuff for free, companies will generally ask you to fulfill certain requirements – anything from providing something as simple as your zip code to completing a complex series of steps that mat tell them something useful about their potential customer’s shopping habits. Most requirements will include your e-mail and mailing address and some of the higher value offers may require a credit card and/or charge a few dollars for shipping and handling.

If think you’d like to get in the free stuff loop and you\’re serious about completing multiple offers to receive a recurring supply of gift items, it may help for you to follow the following suggestions:

· Read each offer carefully to be sure you fully understand and are willing to comply the requirements.

· Delete the cookies in your browser before you begin the process of requesting and completing each offer.

· Provide realistic information. Some people provide false or fake information, but I don’t advise that. You may want to consider using a drop box or P.O. instead your real home address. If you’re claiming a prize that requires shipping and will be delivered, make sure to use an address where you can pick up the mail.

· Along the same lines, consider subscribing to a cheap message service instead of using your actual home or cell phone number.

· Don\’t use your primary e-mail account. Use a separate e-mail account for free offers aws it is likely that the account you use will begin to receive a lot of spam. Set up a free Google Gmail or Yahoo mail account. These will generally will work just fine.

Lastly, many larger suppliers or manufacturers often use third-party companies to distribute their items. Often, you can request specific custom prizes from these companies if they are promoting something you\’re interested in. Just send him a request — usually through a support ticket on their website. There’s nothing to lose by asking and they will generally let you know if they can accommodate you.

The range of products, services and items that you can get for little cost or free is very wide. It includes everything from samples of beauty items you can pick up in your grocery store to popular electronic items like gaming consoles, video games, iPods and more.

For most people, a little time and effort is all that’s required to get free stuff by mail. If this kind of thing works for you, or you want to feed you free stuff addiction, then get out there, fill out a few forms and wait for the mailman!
